Snoopi is your AI co-pilot for e-commerce. To do its job, it needs to read data from your store, ads, and emails. But here's the thing: we don't store your business data. We process it to give you insights and automate tasks, then it's gone. Your data stays in your integrated platforms where it belongs.

What Snoopi Can See

When you connect your accounts, Snoopi gets read access to:

• •Your Shopify store: Orders, customers, inventory — the usual stuff you'd check in your dashboard
• •Your ad accounts: How your Meta and Google campaigns are performing, what you're spending
• •Your email platform: Campaign stats from Klaviyo so we can spot opportunities
• •Your account info: Just the basics — name, email, that kind of thing

What We Do With It

Snoopi reads your data in real-time to:

• •Catch problems before they cost you money (like a broken checkout flow or underperforming ad)
• •Suggest smart moves, like "Hey, 30,000 customers are ready for a repurchase campaign"
• •Take action when you tell it to (we won't change anything without your permission)
• •Alert you on Slack, WhatsApp, or email when something needs your attention
• •Get smarter over time so it can help you even better

How We Keep Things Secure

Security isn't just a checkbox for us. Here's what we do:

• •Everything's encrypted when it moves between systems (industry-standard TLS)
• •Data at rest gets encrypted too (AES-256, if you're into the technical details)
• •We use secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure because your data deserves it
• •Only our team members who absolutely need access can see your data
• •We'll never sell your data. Period. That's not our business model.

About Those Platform Connections

When you connect Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, or Klaviyo, we use OAuth or API keys — the same secure methods those platforms recommend. We only ask for the permissions we need to do our job. And remember, you can disconnect any integration whenever you want. Each platform has its own privacy policy too, so you might want to check those out.

You're In Charge

This is your data, so you call the shots:

• •Want to see what we have? Just ask for a copy
• •Want to delete everything? We'll wipe it clean
• •Spot something wrong? Let us know and we'll fix it
• •Want your data exported? We'll get you a machine-readable file
• •Change your mind? Disconnect any integration anytime, no questions asked

What We Keep (Spoiler: Not Much)

Here's the deal: we don't store your business data long-term. Snoopi processes your information in real-time to give you insights and take actions, but we don't keep copies sitting around. When you disconnect or delete your account, any data we do have is gone. Clean slate.

If This Changes

We might update this policy as Snoopi grows. If we make any big changes, we'll let you know by email or through the app. We're not going to sneak anything past you. If you keep using Snoopi after we update this policy, that means you're cool with the changes.
